NEW YORK -- Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi used her Tuesday meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump to convey Japan's concerns about China ahead of a U.S.-China summit, but Trump -- facing the midterm elections -- could still offer concessions to Beijing to score points with American voters.
